The A3280LLHLT-T Hall-effect latch is a extremely temperature-stable and stress-resistant sensor IC especially suited for operation over extended temperature ranges to +150℃. Superior high-temperature per for mance is made possible through dynamic offset cancellation, which reduces the residual offset voltage normally caused by device overmolding, temperature dependencies, and thermal stress. The three devices are iden ti cal except for mag net ic switch points.
